中国生命关怀协会是在第九届全国人大常委会副委员长彭珮云、第十届全国人大常委会副委员长顾秀莲倡导和关怀下发起成立，由国家卫生健康委员会主管、国家民政部登记的全国性一级协会。（点击进入国家卫健委官网） 协会荣誉主席由第九届全国人大常委会副委员长彭珮云担任，原中国武警医学院院长雷志勇少将担任理事长。
China Life Care Association was initiated and established by Peng Peiyun, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress, Gu Xiulian, Vice Chairman of the Tenth National People's Congress Standing Committee. It is a national first-level association under the supervision of the National Health Commission and registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. The honorary chairman of the association is Peng Peiyun, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress, and Major General Lei Zhiyong, former president of the Chinese Armed Police Medical College, serves as the chairman.
中国生命关怀协会母婴童健康与教育专业委员会是由热心母婴童健康关怀事业的各界人士组成的行业组织，在生育教育、母乳哺育、婴幼儿童养育相关领域开展专业学术交流、专项人才培训、健康科普教育等相关工作。
The Professional Committee on Maternal and Child Health and Education of Chinese Association for Life Care is an industry organization composed of people from all walks of life who are enthusiastic about maternal and child health care. It carries out professional academic exchanges, specialized personnel training, health science education and other related work in the fields of childbirth education, breastfeeding and infant and child rearing.
为推进健康中国2030规划纲要战略的实施，中国生命关怀协会母婴童健康与教育专业委员会在全国不同省市医院和社区组织开展了智慧孕育工程、喂爱工程和智慧教养工程的相关工作。并相继成立了国际母乳哺育学部、国际生育教育学部、婴幼儿运动健康学部、自然疗法温泉水疗学部、婴幼托育早教专业学部、产后康复研究指导学部、小儿推拿保健学部等专业学术组织，助力我国母婴童健康和全生命周期健康事业的发展。
In order to promote the implementation of the healthy China 2030 plan outline strategy, the Professional Committee on Maternal and Child Health and Education of Chinese Association for Life Care has carried out the related work of the Wise Pregnancy and Child Birth Project, the Breastfeeding For Love Project and Wise Upbringing Project in hospitals and community organizations of different provinces and municipalities in China. The International Department of Breastfeeding, the International Department of Childbirth Education, the Department of Infant Sports Health, the Department of Natural Therapy Hot Spring Spa Therapy, the Department of Early Childhood Care, the Department of Postpartum Rehabilitation Research and Guidance, the Department of Child Massage Health and other professional academic organizations have been established successively to promote the development of maternal and child health and the whole life cycle health in China.

中国生命关怀协会母婴童健康与教育专业委员会工作内容：
（一）推进爱心人才素质教育工程，组织开展喂爱工程、智慧教养工程、智慧孕育工程各项工作；
积极开展海内外母婴童领域的专业学术会议与交流、人才培养、师资培训与合作。
（二）为开展本领域内各专业学科、学部、学组建设搭建工作平台，组织编写本专业领域相关教材和科普读物。
（三）开展母婴童健康产品、服务和培训标准化的课题研究，参与本专业、相关行业和国家标准制订有关工作。
（四）举办母婴童健康领域有关的新理论、新产品、新技术、新成果的宣传推广、展览展示和咨询服务。
（五）组织开展本专业领域的技能竞赛活动，促进专业人才业务技能水平的提升。
（六）通过论坛讲座、网络课堂，开展多种形式的母婴童健康教育和公益活动。
（七）开展与本会宗旨有关的其它业务工作。
